Job Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient with Microsoft applications

* Minimum of 2 years experience in a clerical position is a plus

* Experience with Kitchen & Bath industry and products is a plus,
not mandatory

* Answering of multi-line phone system

* Order entry, processing and invoicing

* Customer service calls and processing

* Working in a team with six customer service reps
